Working with a heritage-style home required careful planning to preserve its structural and aesthetic elements. Our team seamlessly integrated modern Hampton-style features with new amenities such as a pool, an outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ, and a soundproofed movie theatre room.
Lifting the home was not an option due to the sloping nature of the site. With over 30 years of expertise in residential and structural engineering, GDS was able to deliver a practical and economical solution, excavating underneath the existing structure to create additional functional spaces.
