We specialise, small lots, small and hard to access properties for geotechnical investigations, existing building sites, renovations and extensions, pools, subdivisions, multi residential subdivisions, bay island properties and canal sites.

- Allows for a site classification for efficient design of the footings and slab on ground to suit the site conditions
- Provides information to confirm the soil foundation material to support the proposed building structure above
- Identifies soil parameters for the design retaining walls and slope stability
