For this project, the client wanted to transform their old Queenslander into a stunning modern Hampton-style home, complete with a pool, underground driveway, and a basement car park. It wasn’t without its challenges—we had to plan around tricky geotechnical site conditions, level the property by filling the site, and design a suspended concrete slab to sit over the basement.
By working closely with the client, we found practical solutions to bring their vision to life. The end result is a beautiful home that blends the timeless charm of a Queenslander with sleek, modern Hampton features—all while meeting the unique challenges of the site.
