Paddington Renovation – Focus Architecture
Renovation to an existing residence, included rectification to termite ridden and rotten timber framed walls, raise and re-support, polished concrete suspended slabs, new pool, basement double garage, block retaining walls, building over sewer and large span timber decks. All built on a small challenging inner city property, architectural design by Focus Architecture, Structural Design solutions by GDS. Great team to satisfy client expectations and local government requirements!
